This study aims to analyze how the role of digital in influencing the increase in sales in this era of advanced technology. The role of digital has many functions in sales, one of which is by promoting products. Promotion is done in many ways such as social media including Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.. The analysis method used in this research is the qualitative descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques in this study used 2 ways, namely interviews and documentation. Based on the results of this study indicate that the factor of the digital role is very influential in the sales system. In an increasingly advanced era with increasingly sophisticated technology, it is possible for business actors to increase sales, such as with the existence of media that can help business actors connect with consumers, the use of online food delivery applications (GoFood, GrabFood and ShopeeFood) is very supportive in sales. Moreover, the wider market reach with the use of digital, local, national and even international can be very easily educated to buy products, this digital role can also increase sales which is very influential effectively and efficiently so as to get higher profits and revenues and be able to influence consumers with various attractive promos, especially at Bakso Bang Ilham Palembang.
