Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction. The subjects in this study were consumers of The Playground PIM Palembang. The population in this study amounted to 136 and used the Slovin method of sampling technique with a sample of 95 respondents to be used as samples in this study. The data collection technique in this study used the distribution of questionnaires. The data instrument in this study was carried out by testing the validity and reliability testing. The data analysis technique in this study used a simple regression equation, coefficient of determination test. Hypothesis testing is done by T test. The level of significance in this study is 5%, Data processing in this study was assisted by the SPSS Version 23.0 program. Based on the results of the t-test of the service quality variable (X) and the customer satisfaction variable (Y), t value > t table (8,102 The results of this study indicate that service quality affects consumer satisfaction at The Playground PIM Palembang. Based on the results of this study, it is certain that the quality of service needs to be improved and attention from The Playground PIM because of the variable quality of service that affects.
