PROSEDUR ADMINISTRASI PEMBELIAN BARANG PADA BLACK CANYON COFFEE PALEMBANG

Abstract

The process of purchasing raw materials is the most important thing in a business process. The process of running a business firstly industry engaged in production requires raw materials so that production activities can run so as to create a product ready for sale. The function of the purchasing part is to ensure that there is a balance of inventory so that the company can maintain its profit position. In relation to the same work with this research, the authors chose to explore research about the administration of goods purchases. In completing this final report the author uses observation method and literature study at restaurant Black Canyon Coffee Palembang. The approach taken is by interviewing and conducting directly. It can be concluded that the purchasing process is an activity undertaken by the fistly industry of production to obtain raw materials of equipment or equipment whose primary purpose is to obtain materials at the lowest possible cost that are consistent with the quality according to the specified standard.
