The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline on employee performance at Mamae Palembang Stores. This study uses the theory of Personnel Administration related towork discipline and employee performance. The method used in this study is associative quantitative, using saturated sample data. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire technique. Processing of this research data is by using SPSS version 22.0. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Hypothesis Test (T-Test), Simple Regression, and Determination. The simple linear regression equationobtained in this study is Y = -1.369 + 1.627X. The coefficient of determination in this study which shows the influence of work discipline on employee performance is 99.6%. The results of the study show that it is partially known that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at Mamae Palembang Stores
