Abstract

The world's society's need for mastering English is growing rapidly. Even in several countries, English is designated as asecond language after the national language. This influence includes two sides, namely possitve and negative influences. We can see this from the entry of internet tecnology. Therefore, in essence, religious education is a maind riving force for forming students' morals with good character. Thus, both Islamic learning and English or students who are in the English departemen are important things and are interconected, where Engglish  becomes a weapon and strategy to face globalization and Islamic learning can become a shield that protects the soul of students in the English departement..As explained by (Hafidz, Kastolani,2009:157) that in fact Islamic education is an educational model that has fostered a faithful generation, ready to sacrifice themselves, devoted to society, and giving pleasure and happiness to human beings, has carried out a special role in tranferring Islamic values and civilization from the previous generation to the next generation and from the older generation to the young generation.
