SISTEM PENGELOLAAN ARSIP DINAMIS PADA DINAS KEARSIPAN PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN

Abstract

This study discusses the Dynamic Records Management System at the South Sumatra Archives Service. This study aims to determine the dynamic archive management system at the Archive Office of South Sumatra Province. This study used a qualitative method, observation with a collection of technical data in the form of interviews with informants. The results of this study show that the management of dynamic archive records at the South Sumatra Provincial Archive Service Office uses a classification system as a means of structuring archives so that archive storage will be arranged based on its classification. Data storage using the manual method and maintenance at the South Sumatra Provincial Archives Service is only stored on a shelf.
