PENGELOLAAN KEARSIPAN PADA POLITEKNIK DARUSSALAM PALEMBANG

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the Archive Management at the Darussalam Polytechnic in Palembang. To find out the procedures for managing archives at the Darussalam Polytechnic in Palembang. In making this final report, the author made direct observations to the location of the Darussalam Polytechnic, interviews directly to the staff of the Darussalam Polytechnic. The results of this study show that the current archival condition cannot be said to be perfect because there are still many that are not in accordance with what they should be. The management of archives at the Darussalam Polytechnic is said to be not good enough because there are several problems, one of which is the absence of an indexing process until the storage of archives is not good enough, and there is no special room for archive storage.
