PENGARUH UPAH KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. RIAU FOOD LESTARI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of wages on employee performance at PT.Riau Food Lestari Palembang. The research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were employees who worked at PT.Riau Food Lestari Palembang. Sampling was carried out by using a saturated sampling tehnique, with a total sample of 18 respondents. The method of data collection in this study used questionnaires. The data analysis method in this study uses descriptive statistic by using value scores, percentages and tables. The result of this study show that wages effect employee performance
