Abstract

Most people consider working and having a career to be important and a necessity that must be done. Because without work we cannot fulfill our life's needs. For some people, work and a career do not only mean that they can maintain their lives physically, but are activities that have a positive impact on society and the nation. Furthermore, work and a career provide personal satisfaction and meaning for oneself as an identity. Tourism is currently still one of the industries capable of generating the largest foreign exchange and is the strongest sector in the economies of several countries in the world. The tourism sector has become a mainstay for the Indonesian economy in general. The increasing level of tourist visits from year to year has had a significant impact on the economy of local communities.
