The rapid advancement of digital technology demands that the younger generation acquire skills relevant to industry needs. Vocational High Schools (SMK) play a strategic role in preparing students for the workforce by equipping them with practical skills that meet the demands of the modern era. This study aims to develop and implement a multimedia and digital technology training program for SMK students to foster a creative generation capable of innovating and competing in the digital age. The program includes training in basic media processing, graphic design, computer programming, and the use of various software and digital tools. The research employs a project-based approach, actively involving students in creating multimedia projects that integrate the concepts taught. The results show that this training enhances students' technical abilities and creativity while broadening their understanding of career opportunities in multimedia and digital technology fields. This program is expected to serve as a model for curriculum development in SMK and contribute to the creation of a generation ready to face technological challenges in the future
