Abstract

Palembang City is a city located in the province of South Sumatra, which is famous for its Musi River, currently the city of Palembang has become one of the cities that is used as a destination in terms of culinary tourism both locally and internationally, where the City of Palembang is a developing city, both from city planning, tourist attractions and is one of the hosts besides Jakarta in Indonesia as the venue for the 2018 Sea Games sports week, and is supported by the first LRT (Light Rail Transit) in Indonesia. Kemplang/Krupuk are already familiar to Indonesian people in general, because this food is often used as a snack and accompaniment. This staple food, which is a typical souvenir from Palembang, South Sumatra, has been around for a long time. The making of these crackers has been carried out for generations.
