POTENSI WISATA MASJID KI MAROGAN SEBAGAI UPAYA PELESTARIAN KEARIFAN LOKAL DI KOTA PALEMBANG

Abstract

This research focuses on the tourism potential of the Ki Marogan Mosque as an effort to preserve local wisdom in the city of Palembang. One of the religious tourism destinations in Palembang City is the Ki Marogan Cemetery Complex. The aim of this research is to determine the tourism potential of the Ki Marogan Mosque as an effort to preserve local wisdom in the city of Palembang. The method used by the author is the method qualitative descriptive. Method literature study and method observation interview. Where the author will make observations, review and write down data by making direct observations in the field and conducting questions and answers directly to the caretaker of the Ki Marogan Palembang cemetery. And equipped with primary data and secondary data through searches from books, journals and research reports related to information about Ki Marogan's appeal as a religious tourist attraction in the city of Palembang. One of them is the oldest Ki Marogan Mosque in Palembang City which has Chinese, Indian and Arabic architecture.
