Abstract

This research focused on how the Food & Beverage service was at the Duta Syari'ah Palembang Hotel. The purpose of this research was to found out how the Food & Beverage service procedures were at the Duta Syari'ah Hotel Palembang. The method used were the observational method in which the author would observed, reviewed and wrote data by making direct observations in the field for 3 months at the Duta Syari'ah Hotel Palembang. As well as the interview method (interview) in which the author would conducted questioned and answered directly to the staff to obtained the data needed in writing this report. The results of this study was to found out the Food & Beverage in the Duta Syari'ah Palembang Hotel was in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure or not, so that it could be concluded briefly, namely the Food & Beverage service at the Duta Syari'ah Palembang Hotel needed to be improved again so that it would be better in the future.
