Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on the decision to visit tourists to the Palembang Bird Park tourist attraction which is located at Jl. Governor H.A. Bastari, Palembang City. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The number of respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. To test the feasibility of the research instrument the author uses validity and reliability tests. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis the author uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques, t-test (partial) and F-test (simultaneous). The data in this study were processed using SPPS version 25. The research findings stated that the variables concern for other consumers (X1), expressing positive feelings (X2), and helping the company (X3) partially and simultaneously had a significant effect on visiting decisions (Y). The values ​​obtained in the t-test for each variable are 2.028 (X1), 9.894 (X2) and 7.088 (X3) are smaller than 0.05 while the F test value is 77.665.
