PENGEMBANGAN SEKTOR PARIWISATA DI INDONESIA: (DI TINJAU PERPEKTIF HUKUM BERDASARKAN DARI UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR 10 TAHUN 2009 TENTANG KEPARIWISATAAN)

Abstract

This study discusses the objectives of legal politics in the development of the tourism sector in Indonesia based on Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism. This research uses normative and conceptual research types where the data is obtained from a literature study. Collecting data used in this research is to do a literature study. From the results of the study, it is known that the provisions of tourism development in Indonesia according to Law Number 10 of 2009 are able to realize appropriate national tourism development according to local culture, socially acceptable, prioritizing local communities, non-discriminatory, and environmentally friendly and must pay attention to the goals and principles of sustainable development. Based on the principles contained in the tourism law, the role of the tourism sector is important to develop in an effort to promote economic growth and achieve the welfare of the people nationally.
