TVRI Sumsel, especially in the field of Broadcasting Institutions Business Development, has the following problems: 1. There is still a lack of knowledge of South Sumatra TVRI employees in the field of Broadcasting Institutions Business Development about Excellent Service to increase public satisfaction, 2. How to implement the application of excellent service to increase public satisfaction so that public perception towards the Brand Image of TVRI Sumsel, especially in the Field of Broadcasting Institutions Business Development, is getting better. Methods of implementing activities: 1. Pre-implementation stages such as Literature study & field research (collecting data and information from partners, identifying partner problems, determining partner priority problems, seeking alternative solutions to problems faced by partners), 2. Implementation stage, namely: Provide counseling and training on excellent service and brand image. The results of this community service activity are as follows: a. The counseling went smoothly and was successfully attended by South Sumatra TVRI employees according to the agreed schedule, time, and place, b. South Sumatra TVRI employees were very happy with this counseling and they understood and understood the material that had been delivered by the Community Service Team from the Sriwijaya State Polytechnic Department of Business Administration.
