Kajian Dampak Pengelolaan dan Penataan Counter Kueh Basah UMKM di Kota Bogor

The arrangement and management of wet cake (traditional snack) counters is a major challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in increasing product attractiveness and competitiveness. This study aims to examine the impact of display management, cleanliness, and counter layout on consumer perceptions and increased sales. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of 30 MSMEs in Bogor City that sell wet cake. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation. The results showed that good counter arrangement increases purchase intention by up to 45%, with cleanliness and aesthetics being the dominant factors. This study recommends simple visual merchandising training for traditional food MSMEs.
