AKTUALISASI PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP JUVENILE DELINQUENCY (KENAKALAN ANAK)

Abstract

Actualization is a form of desire that a person has to be able to use all kinds of abilities to achieve a form of thing that he wants to do. Children being a hope are one of the human resources and are the next generation of the nation, they should receive special attention from the government, in realizing the ideals of the spirit of independence that have been achieved by the nation's fighters. If the environment where the child is in is bad, it can be influenced by unlawful actions which will lead to juvenile delinquency. This research discusses the factors of juvenile delinquency. This research was conducted with a focus related to the problem in this research. This research was carried out by studying data obtained from the results of a literature review, namely books and legislation related to this problem. This research is normative legal research. In this research it can be stated that a child commits juvenile delinquency due to environmental influences, both internal and external.
