To cope with payroll fraud and that the payroll process goes well, it would require an accounting system penggajjian good and fair. The problem of how the application of payroll accounting system on the performance of employees of PT. Sari Mulya Indah Furniture Palembang and how its effect on performance. The aims of the research was to determine the accounting system penggajian at PT. Sari Mulya Indah Furniture Palembang. The research setting was PT. Sari Mulya Indah Furniture Palembang. Methods of data collection using primary and secondary data while the data analysis method used quantitative method. From the research, the researcher concluded that PT. Sari Mulya Indah Furniture Palembang always paid attention on the effect on the performance of employe’s salaries.
