This final report aims to determine the results of the analysis of calculation of the springate score method in estimating the potential for bankruptcy at PT INDO KORDSA Tbk. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements for 2016-2020. PT INDO KORDSA Tbk during the last five years experienced ups and downs or fluctuated, especially in 2020. The company experienced a loss in sales decline and an increase in current liabilities. A sign the company is in financial trouble. The calculation of the bankruptcy rate using the springate score method shows that the company is categorized in a healthy zone in 2016-2019, while in 2020 the company is categorized in a danger zone that has the potential to experience bankruptcy. In conclusion, the company’s financial condition is in good health or has no potential for bankruptcy even though the company suffered a substantial loss in 2020, and the suggestion is that the company should continue to improve its financial performance in order to avoid financial difficulties that can lead to bankruptcy.
