Abstract

Petty cash fund management procedures are one of the factors that affect the company’s operasional success in achieving its goals. Implementation of good procedures will bw able to provide protection, supervision on the management of petty cash funds. The procedure for disbursing and replenishing petty cash funds at KSP Kopdit Pansos Setia Kawan has been carried out well, which has gone through various procedures for the formation of petty cash funds.KSP Kopdit Pansos Setia Kawan sub-district Muara Padang Banyuasin District, uses a changing fund system and does not determine the size of the expenditure balance and replenishment of petty cash funds.
